A: A Canadian licensed guide, who is completely dedicated to getting you a memorable trophy, and who is a great hunter himself. The guide will take care of your trophy and help you anyway he can.
- Q: What Other Costs Are There?
A: Your transportation costs, license and tag fees, guide tip, meals and motel stay while traveling. Charter flight to base lodge is about $600 USD round trip
- Q: Are There Trophy Fees to be Paid if I Get a Moose or Wolf?
A: No
- Q: What is the Weather Like?
A: The Weather Can be 20°F-60°F. Weather changes dramatically and often
- Q: What Clothing Should I Take?
A: Plan on using lots of layers, with a very good rain suit and rubber boots as a must. Moose like wet areas.
- Q: How Much Meat Can I Take?
A: You can take all you want to transport. We suggest allowing a few extra days in Prince George if you want meat cut, wrapped, and frozen.
- Q: How Do I Get My Trophies Back to the U.S.?
A: As of Jan. 2003, Air Canada will transport your horns and hides, if they are packaged properly. A cites permit will need to be obtained for each wolf.
- Q: Will I See Other Wildlife or Sights?
A: You'll see the Northern Lights on clear nights, grizzlies strolling along, and the rare wolverine is common around the lodge. The Canadian Rockies and valleys are full of breathtaking beauty. The trip is awesome!
- Q: Where am I Hunting in BC?
A: The guide area is about 120 air miles north of Prince George, along the North Anzac river, and along the western slopes of the Rocky Mountains.
